    Homemade cuisine made with freshly picked local ingredients.
    Dinner is a hearty menu featuring salads, fish, meat dishes and desserts made with seasonal Kiso ingredients.
    In the summer, freshly picked home-grown vegetables and wild char caught by the owner are available, and in the fall, mountain treasures are available.
    In addition, from late autumn to winter and early spring, we serve the local dish "Toji-soba" (soba noodles shabu-shabu cooked in a pot with soba soup).
    The slightly luxurious dinner plan also includes the popular BBQ option.
    Shinshu beef, matsutake mushrooms, wild char, and more can be pre-ordered separately!
