What Kaoru values

What Kaoru values most is "ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay during their limited time here." That is what I mean.
I try not to talk to people more than necessary, but I do love conversation!
Please feel free to talk to us about today's events, tomorrow's trip plans, about Kiso Road and Nagano Prefecture, or even about skiing or cooking.
If you'd like us, we'd be happy to talk to you!

A place with a homely atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again

A pension is a Western-style guesthouse.
It has a homey feel, and while it doesn't offer the same level of attentive service as a large hotel,
Enjoy staying at our guesthouse as if you were returning to the countryside or staying at a friend's house.
